Overview

The Affiliate Marketing Strategist is responsible for the success and growth of the Covenant Eyes affiliate and partnership programs and is part of the Marketing team. Leveraging Impact Radius, social media platforms, and HubSpot, this role includes using marketing skills to source, vet, recruit, onboard, and support new affiliates and influences to expand Covenant Eyes reach and growth opportunities. This role works closely with key affiliates via phone and email to help promote Covenant Eyes products and resources to their audiences. The individual in this role also measures performance and conducts analysis to determine how successful each affiliate is and provides effective reports to management.

Responsibilities

Affiliate and Influencer Campaign and Partner Relationship Management.

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant affiliates and content creators.
  • Recommend new affiliates/influencers and collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop newsletters and emails to communicate with partners and to keep them informed on brand, product, and industry news.
  • Use phone, email, and social media to connect with and coach partners.
  • Collaborate with approved influencers to create authentic and engaging content ideas and messaging that align with the brand’s message to drive campaign goals.

Affiliate Program Management.

  • Maintain and grow the affiliate program by leveraging industry best practices in recruiting and marketing activities that attract partners and drive engagement.
  • Monitor affiliate/influencer performance, track conversions, and provide performance reports to the manager.
  • Maintain the Impact Radius platform, monitor status, and stay up to date on training and enhancements to the platform features.
  • Optimize commission structures and incentives to motivate affiliates/influences.

 

Campaign Coordination and Execution.

  • Collaborate with approved influencers and affiliates to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Audit and provide feedback to affiliates and influencers on their promotional strategies and help them optimize.
  • Develop content calendars and guidelines for influencers and affiliates for any special campaigns.
  • Develop campaign and promotional plans quarterly, coordinate requests for any creative resources, and copy requests from internal teams.
  • Execute approved influencer marketing campaigns and affiliate promotions.
  • Ensure that content and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines by conducting reviews and audits monthly.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making real-time adjustments as needed.

Analytics and Reporting.

  • Use data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of influencer and affiliate campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to manager and evaluate campaign ROI and make data-driven decisions.

 

Compliance and Legal.

  • Ensure that all influencer and affiliate partnerships comply with legal and industry regulations, including FTC guidelines.

 

Stay Informed.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in influencer and affiliate marketing landscapes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and affiliate program management, min of experience in relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Impact Radius, or other related software is highly desired.
  • Social media marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance issues related to influencer and affiliate marketing.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
